HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY LANGDON LTD GEM?
Our care instructions are attached to all of our items.
Our designs have been hand woven using traditional techniques and the finest materials and metallic threads.
Do not dry clean or machine wash it. Professional dry cleaning can be done through a certified and experienced cleaner. Please spot clean using mild detergent, warm water and a little bit of elbow grease. We also recommend you love it as much we do.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments all processed through Paypal. You don't necessarily have to have a paypal account to purchase from the store though - just check out without paypal. You can ring to pay by credit card over the phone too if you like. Find our contact details via our contact us page.
DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
Absolutely - if your Langdon LTD beauty is a gift for someone, please put it in the comments section of your order and we'll gladly gift wrap. Please note though that cushions are pretty hard to wrap and don't always look the best wrapped. We recommend putting them in a box at your end and wrapping a ribbon around it!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We offer a refund or exchange for faulty goods. We need to be notified of the fault within 14 days of receipt of goods. We only offer credit notes for returned items if you deem them unsuitable or change your mind.
There is no refund or exchange available on sample rugs. All sales are final.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
We endeavour to dispatch within 2 working days. Please contact us on email@example.com if you wish to discuss options regarding receiving them earlier.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A PRE ORDER RUG?
As all of Langdon Ltd creations are hand made, it generally takes between 6-8 weeks (sometimes earlier). Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like a more concise lead time.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
We have a $30 flat rate for all international orders. We ship via Australia post and TNT. We unfortunately do not send inserts internationally only cushion covers.
HOW WILL MY GOODS BE SENT?
We use a combination of Australia Post and TNT Express delivery service. All of our shipments are trackable. You are welcome to email to ask for a tracking number. Also, it is helpful to put delivery instructions in the 'notes' section when you order.
DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?
No we don't but we have lots of beautiful stockists dotted around the place. See them via our stockist page. Our showroom in Surry Hills, Sydney is open by appointment only.
DO YOUR CUSHIONS COME WITH INSERTS?
They sure do - they come with a polyfill/feather insert.
DO YOU CUSTOM SIZE YOUR RUGS?
Absolutely. We also can custom colour our designs. Send an email to email@example.com and we will provide you with a quote. Lead time can be anywhere from 6-12 weeks as they are made completely by hand. We will be able to provide you with a better estimate once you place the order.
